Convly is a SaaS platform that helps creators and small businesses manage Instagram interaction automation, including comment replies, available DM automation, message templates, activity logs, basic analytics, billing, and feedback.
Some features may be in beta, coming soon, limited, or temporarily disabled. We may change, add, or discontinue certain features to maintain service quality and compliance.
By using Convly, you represent that:
Convly uses official Meta/Instagram APIs for features that require an Instagram connection. By connecting your Instagram account, you authorize Convly to perform actions required by your configuration.
You agree to comply with all terms, policies, and technical limits from Meta, Instagram, and related platforms. Convly is not an official Meta or Instagram product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta.
You are responsible for the content, messages, replies, campaigns, and automation configuration you create in Convly.
You may not use Convly to:
We may suspend or terminate access if your usage risks harming other users, Convly, Meta/Instagram, or third parties.
If paid features are available, pricing, usage limits, billing periods, and plan benefits will be shown on the pricing or billing page. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
You are responsible for keeping payment information accurate. Failed payments may result in restrictions, plan downgrade, or loss of access to paid features. Unless stated otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions to Convly, you allow us to use that input to improve, develop, and promote the service without compensation obligations.
We may contact you about your account, billing, security, service changes, or support requests.
Convly, including its code, design, brand, interface, documentation, and platform content, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.
Content you create in Convly, such as keyword rules, message templates, campaigns, and feedback, remains yours. You grant us a limited permission to process that content so the service can operate.
We work to keep Convly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party API change.
Convly depends on third-party services, including Meta/Instagram, hosting, database, payment gateway, email, and analytics providers. Outages, policy changes, rate limits, app reviews, or restrictions from third parties may affect Convly's functionality.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risks, or if required by law or third-party platform policies.
You may stop using Convly at any time and request data deletion through the available contact channel.
Convly is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
You agree to defend and hold Convly harmless from claims, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of the service, content you create, violation of these terms, or violation of laws/third-party policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be handled through good-faith communication and negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent forum in Indonesia.
