1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Convly (“the service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

Convly is a SaaS platform that enables users to automate comment replies and direct messages (DMs) on Instagram based on user-configured keyword triggers.

3. Eligibility & User Representations

By using Convly, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have full authority over the Instagram account you connect to the service.
• You will use the service in compliance with Instagram's and Meta's Terms of Service.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using Convly to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading content.
• Violate Meta's, Instagram's, or any other integrated platform's Terms of Service.
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or intellectual property-infringing content.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or impersonation.
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the service's infrastructure.
• Use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

5. Instagram Connection & API Permissions

Convly uses Meta's Instagram Graph API and Instagram Messaging API. By connecting your Instagram account, you grant Convly permission to:

• Read comments on your Instagram posts.
• Reply to comments on behalf of your account.
• Send direct messages (DMs) to users who interact with your content.

You are solely responsible for all actions executed through your Instagram account via Convly, including compliance with Meta's policies.

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account without prior notice if we determine you have violated these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of Liability

Convly is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for:

• Losses due to Instagram/Meta API downtime.
• Suspension or restriction of your Instagram account by Meta.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Content sent through Convly's automation features.

9. Intellectual Property

All code, design, trademarks, and platform content of Convly are our property and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

Content you create (keyword rules, message templates) remains your property.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if unresolved, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
